Would simply being cold and being underdressed suffice? Cold showers, i feel, don't get as cold as i think they should at my place O_O And for the short time i spend there...it seems just too weird it could work? I do it anyway, but i see no benefits so far.

I would get an energy boost from being really cold, but I've never noticed it lasts for a long time or anything.

Yeah, being cold has also benefits. Russian powerlifters were exposing themselves to cold temperatures right before championships to get a boost
