Calories ar the number of energy of food & drinks. totally different food effects otherwise in metabolic pathways. Taking proteins rather than fat & carb could improve the metabolism & reduces appetence & improves the perform of weight-regulating hormones.

An average lady wants 2000 calories per day & 1500 calories to lose one pound per week whereas a mean man wants 2500 calories & 2000 calories to lose one pound of weight per week.
