Hello Steemiters whenever you don’t feel well, doesn’t your mother advise you to take a blood test and then visit the doctor? Just like TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL (TQC), in the industrial world, act when your product is broken or defective is not the ideal way. TQC as far as health concern is PREVENTION. There are two major functions in your body: nutrition and detoxification. It should be a balance between them yet when you increase one diminished the other and vice versa. If you have two meals you should go to the toilet twice but this isn’t the case for most people.


Going to the restroom daily is one way you can evaluate how good your health is. For each meal you have must have an evacuation. There isn’t health test most efficient than this. If your body is clean nutrition could be easily obtain so your energy level will arise. First of all, you should pay attention to regularity, if you go to the toilet twice or thrice a week you have a problem you must take care of. Don’t wait till is too late. Most illness become as a consequence of self-intoxication.

Secondly, How should be a 10 points visit to the toilet? It should be:

  1. abundant,
  2. neither so hard nor so soft,
  3. Not fetid smell and
  4. It should leave you with a pleasant sensation.


Depends on the outcome you should take action: if it is too hard, you must drink more water; if it is too soft have more fiber; too smelly low animal products and so on.

Most of us don’t pay attention to this daily routine that reveal so much about our wellbeing maybe because no one told us or because we deposit too much faith on clinical labs that will never listen to our bodies as well as we should.
