It is my first time to try this Lemongrass juice and I find it nutritious.You can do it cold or hot.I prefer hot Lemongrass juice with a little squeeze of lemon.It is not only nutritious,it also lower your cholesterol level.It is also ideal wat to detox your body.
I actually heard it from my sister in law.She did it for me for my dinner a while ago.It was really good.You can try it too,believe me..!I am very picky about delicious and nutritious food now that I reach in my age.It is taste good and nutirtious.
Here comes how my sister in law did it:
Ingredients for two glasses:
5 to 10 stalk of lemon grass
2 tablespoon of sugar
2 glass of hot water
How to make lemongrass juice?
- Heat water in a small pan.Add chopped lemongrass.Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain well and put it in the glass and Add sugar.
- Squeeze one lemon in each glass.
- You can choose whether it is hot or cold.You can add ice cubes if you like cold.
- Serve it hot or cold.
This is very nutritious more than drinking process and carbonated drinks.Health is wealth you have to do it while you are young.Don't just look young outside,be young inside...
