A Walk Through Nature - Ideal Cardio Training & Why is it Important

in #health8 years ago

Hello everybody!

This morning I made a little cardio training in nature.
Cardio training means any type of exercise where the heart reaches 60-85 percent of maximum heart rate. When the heart works in this range, we talked about cardio or aerobic workout. The training sessions strengthen the heart and the entire cardiovascular system, increase lung volume, strengthen muscles and tendons, melt fat and shape your body. It also speeds up the metabolism, lowers cholesterol, increases the secretion of growth hormone, improve cerebral circulation, improve digestion, reduce stress and improve immunity.

We're used to spend hours on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer but if it is a nice day outside - do your cardio training in nature!
You'll see how much better you will feel after a workout in nature, rather than within four walls.

The exercises will help increase stamina and the ability to persevere in everything you do.

Who would not walked along this beautiful view?
Certainly better than in the gym.

The important thing is to train at least 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes.
Water drink sip by sip before, during and after exercise.
Cardio training is any kind of recreation, running, swimming, cycling, climbing stairs, running on the treadmill, jump rope.
