Do you know who touched your veggies last at the mart??? Simple cost effective solution works!

in #health7 years ago

Hey friends...A year back I was buying most of my fruits and vegetables from organic section. It was a great feeling to eat healthy but it was kind of expensive and as a result had to compromise at times for quality to quantity. But I don’t have to think twice any more:)

Starting 2017, I had been washing normal fruits and vegetables ( not from the organic section) in water using white vinegar. Vinegar is very easily available in the stores and is reasonably priced too. The ratio is one cup of vinegar to a litre of water. Soak them in this water for 20-30 minutes. Dry them out and refrigerate as usual. They are free from any kind of pesticides or insecticides, washes away the handling factor from farms until my supermarket and there is not a big hole in my pocket as well😊

It’s worth a try friends. My family and I are much healthier now. Our bodies shine, not the wax on the fruits:)
Keep fit and stay much more healthier in 2018😊
