Human beings need food to survive for the rest of their lives. Food contains all sorts of things that the body needs. We should not only eat the food that tastes best. We should make sure that we eat the food that is best for us (balanced diet). We get nutrition like vitamins and minerals and Proteins, but not all foods are good for us. Some food also contains things that the body doesn't need.
Some give us too much fat, Cholesterol or sugar. If we don’t control what we are eating, we can create a big trouble for us, because some nutritious foods also have things that are danger for our bodies, like too much fat and sugar.
WHAT SHOULD WE EAT?
People should know about what they are eating and they should be careful for it, otherwise they are going to be ill themselves. Most people have Bad eating habits and having too much eating habits which can cause of high Cholesterol, for the rest of their life. The only method you can restriction that is by taking drugs and carefully watching their diet.
Those people who have high cholesterol they can not ever eat any fatty foods like cakes or burgers and people who eat Poor Nutrition often put their children in danger situations.
Because of this risky situations, I always be careful of what I eat, otherwise, I know I will also have high Cholesterol. I have to control my cholesterol by eating less pizza and fast foods or any other food that has high cholesterol. Poor nutrition can also cause heart attacks. To avoid this type of situations we should eat balance diet. Our body needs Pritein, Carbohydrates , vitamins and minerals and oil fats.
OUR EVERYDAY DIET
Every day our diet should include: Cereal (roti, rice, bread, pasta, etc.) this should make up the major part of our meal. Vegetables and fruits are very essential for us and they should form the second tier of food pyramid. Dairy products and meat and fish should be eaten in smaller quantities. Sweets and Fats and Oils should be eaten in very small amounts.
So friends always eat healthy foods and live healthy quality life for a longer time.
