Breaking the silence.

So, I explained a little in my last post about what I will be focussing my writing on whilst on Steemit. Incase you didn't see, I wrote briefly about mental health.
This is something extremely personal to me, because I am battling it right now.

As I write this post, my brain is running at 100mph, the words are flowing and I am breaking down some walls. This, for me, is a big step. 2 weeks ago I wouldn't have dared share such a secret, let alone to an internet site!

Explaining what is going on in my mind isn't easy. All I am sure of is that no two days are the same. One day I could be on top of the world, the next I could feel like running away and never returning.

One thing I need to make brutally clear to readers here is, SEEK HELP! It could be nothing, but it could be something that will only get worse the longer you suffer in silence.

Break that silence.

Talk to someone, write down your problems, but do not bottle them up.
