BENEFITS TO SITTING ON AN EXERCISE CHAIR:
- You can bounce on it when good music comes on
- You can bounce on it when you're agitated or antsy
- You can bounce on it when you're bored or anxious
- Oh, and apparently it strengthens your core and your hip girdle. Which is great for back health.
