LOL "ice and rest"! :) Yeah I really enjoyed that movie as a teenager, even more so when I realized just how much of the world is described therein...

Another good one, if you're thinking about becoming a landlord, is "Pacific Heights" with Michael Keaton. The short version: "don't!" :)
