RE: Dangers of 5G Recognized by Brussels Government as they Halt Roll-Out

Possible EASY LEGAL way to fight 5G in your neighborhood / around your house:

I was just listening to a recent video from Max Igan entitled The World is Changing (click the link to access the video or simply click below to view it) and he mentioned how some people in Australia are preventing Telcos from placing their 5G networks/towers near people's homes. Max Igan talks about how a barrister has been successful in doing so by simply using the country's criminal code to defend against it. Specifically, he mentions that individuals can use the ASSAULT part of the criminal code which can easily include high-frequency/harmful radiation as a physical assault on a person. The wrongdoer can easily be brought to court and imprisoned unless they cease & desist. Brilliant!

@krnel, since I know you come from the same place as me in Canada, I've took the liberty to check our own country's criminal code and how 'assault' is defined. Here it is:

Assault
265 (1) A person commits an assault when
(a) without the consent of another person, he applies force intentionally to that other person, directly or indirectly;
(b) he attempts or threatens, by an act or a gesture, to apply force to another person, if he has, or causes that other person to believe on reasonable grounds that he has, present ability to effect his purpose; or
(c) while openly wearing or carrying a weapon or an imitation thereof, he accosts or impedes another person or begs.
Application
(2) This section aplies to all forms of assault, including sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, threats to a third party or causing bodily harm and aggravated sexual assault.

As you can see from the text above (even though I am by no means a lawyer or expert in the field), there could easily be grounds. Specifically, just refer to all the parts that I have bolded from the code.

In addition, Max Igan mentions that a person exposed to high levels of radiation from 5G could get a medical assessment done by a medical doctor and this can be used as medical proof (thus, compatible with any legal proceeding/court case) rather than a scientific one (which is usually where the Telcos & Equipment manufacturers will get off on technicalities due to weak telecom legislation and cronyism). That's also a great point of defense to consider.

Here is the Max Igan video on the matter of 'assault' as a means to prevent 5G from hurting you near your home (listen to around the 15:00 to 22:00 mark):

Any further thoughts on this legal strategy in your respective countries and/or states/provinces would be appreciated.

Peace & Good Health!

Koo, thanks for the tips. Not sure it would work, but someone can try it, like Rob Menard comes to mind. Do you know if that has worked for other people in other countries?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I haven't had much time to check whether people in other countries have employed this. I only know that it has been used with some success in Australia, as per the video. We should keep track of this, especially in our country, as the rollout of these 5G towers must be imminent. (I assume this, as I've been away from Canada for over 10 years now and don't know if they are going up in my hometown) .
