What is high blood pressure



High blood pressure is a result by hypertension,depression, old age may be possible cause of it. According to a survey 70 percent of people age above 50 are at high risk of blood pressure .
Heart duty is to pump out blood into all veins and organs of body.some how when your blood carry less oxygen or your lungs fail to supply proper oxygen blood circulation increased automatically from heart.
Some cause of High blood pressure are :

Age


According to medical science the normal blood supply pressure to body in young age is between 100 to 120 and in adult it increase automatically to 120 to 140 if it increase more then 140 it is sign of warning and can damage any organ in just seconds patients can go to comma or brain nerve damage brain dead.

Genetics


SOme people with Genetic problem also lead to high blood pressure disease.However if your father or mother has the disease in the any stage of age.It can also lead problems to your health too.

fatty structure


Your body play a vital role in development of your organs and If your body has over weight your blood may carry less oxygen to organs and your heart is to supply more blood to your organs to cover the oxygen deficiency .This may lead to high blood pressure disease.So people who have weight above 70 KG are likely to effected with high blood disorder.

laziness


some people has 8 to 5 jobs but their jobs patterns are in a way they they have to sit long among computers of they work as a accountants call center service,customer service agents and their duty is to always sit down on chair.These kind of people body work in very poor pattern and These kind of people has very poor physical condition they exercise very rarely.Their body carry very less oxygen.Daily morning walk and long run exercises can prevent your body from these conditions.

Limit Your Salt


Salt with iodine is a need of body but taking too much salt in food lead to blood flow increases.As if some one has low pressure we specially gives him a salt to recover fast but if a person has high blood pressure taking too much salt in daily life can destroy your body and your salt controlling habit will definitely control your body blood pressure.

Fast Food


People who take more fat and fast food,High processed foods,They must have big tummy,A person with high fats in blood urge the heart to pressure the blood flow to reach around.so if you have blood pressure disorder limit your fast food take raw products as much you can drink lot of water on daily basis.

Depression and anxiety


Some people are inflected with mental depression,In modern ages there are lot of people with mental disorder ,lack of money ,students have pressure of exams,Lack of facilitation,Thoughts of suicide due to problems in life.These modern age has lot of problems and people of modern age depressed specially thoese people who work with brain and give it no relaxation people related to brain work like developer computer programmer,Scientist,Drs can be victim of stress and depression.Taking bath daily and exercise daily can reduce your stress level .If you have depression talk to your drs and start taking anti depressant medicine immediately.

Potassium can reduce the amount of sodium on blood pressure. So, by having more vegetables or fruits containing potassium it may reduce the level of sodium which may improve your health/blood pressure.

Hypertension is not a death sentence. This disease is an occasion to treat yourself and your health carefully. Measured life with healthy habits, proper treatment and compliance with medical recommendations is the key to a long, happy and fulfilling life.

High blood pressure is not deadly and as such every possible means to prevent it must be put into consideration. Take less fatty food and try any exercise today.

With all of the holiday cheer in the air, it's easy to overlook the ingredients in the foods. Ingredients such as salt, sugar, and fat - all of which leads to diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, strokes, heart disease, and cancer.

Hmm, I am enlightened today. I am a victim when it comes to eating fast food around,it kind of save my time but now I know it's a threat to my health. How I wish students in tertiary institutions would be given such an orientation because majority of the African students don't know stuff like this.

Great post! A lot of people I know thinks that high blood pressure can only come from stress, if you are old, and overweight. Those things are conbritubing factors but people do need to start putting more attention what they put into their bodies. Our diet is the biggest factor to our health, people can exercise all day but if they are still constantly putting junk into their bodies they are still at risk of high blood pressure and many other illnesses.
