Chocolate is a product we derive from Cocoa beans. It does not only taste good but has a wide range of health benefits i want to share a few with you.
1. Chocolate is good for heart blood circulation
It helps to give the arteries flexibility to enable free flow of blood from the heart to the brain and the rest of the body.

2. Helps to reduce cholesterol
Chocolate intake helps to reduce levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and as well improve levels of good cholesterol. It as well protect the body from cardiovascular disease.

3. Chocolate is good for the skin
Chocolate contains some substance called flavanols. These flavanols help to protect the skin from the sun rays even if you do not put on pomade regulary.

4. It can quiet cough
Research has proven that chocolate contains certain amount of 'theobromine' which seems to end coughs. It works better than the 'codeine' in our cough syrups. Scientist are working on replacing codeine syrups with theobromine drugs since codeine has certain health hazards.

5. Chocolate boost your mood
We all know how happier we get especially for children when our tongues are involved in tasting sweet foods thereby giving our system a fantastic boost.
