I can only agree with you! Had some health issues two years ago and only could solve them after I cut the meat meals down to one or two meals in a week! Thanks for sharing this :D

Thanks for sharing! The power of plant foods is just amazing. It enabled my hubby to control MS without any medication.

This sounds great! I am really happy that health issues can be solved in many cases with starting to eat the right food!
