There lived a young boy, his name is Ibrahim. He lived in the northern part of Nigeria. When he was young, his parents were average in standard of living.

His father was a cattleman and his mother sells 'fura di nunu'(The popular local cow milk) and had a farmland where she makes her little income from cultivation of various crops.

She was an hardworking woman and she loved her son so much. She goes to the farm every morning and returns in the evening.

One day, Ibrahim's mother was ill and needed some drugs, Ibrahim was so down and unhappy. He was left in agony seeing his mum sick.

Immediately, Ibrahim hurried to the pharmaceutical store about Two Kilometres(2km) away from home and to get some drugs for his mother. On getting home, his mum was already better.
(I know you are also happy at this point?!)

Ibrahim was excited and he dropped the drug aside and his mother made no concern for it either.

His mum was dressed again for farm work but this time Ibrahim stopped her not to go that he would go on her behalf. With a strong refusal, she set out and went to the farm.

She got to the farm and started some cultivation. The Sun was out and the weather was so hot.

After a moment of working, she shouted loudly "Yeeeeeh! My back". It did not cease to stop but was even getting worse. No one was around the farmland to help.

After about 30minutes, the pain had already gotten to climax and she fell to the ground and became lifeless.

Unknown to ibrahim, he was joyfully working to go check his mother at the farm, he saw his lifeless mother on the ground and he was totally drained of happiness. He Fell to the ground and was in deep tears.

Hmnmmmmm! I know you were expecting another acronym, but I want to speak reality.

Lessons Learnt:

  1. Many times we care so much about our work and leave our health aside.
Hmmmm! Now listen: We use our health to work so much to acquire wealth and later use our wealth to treat our Health. So sad!
  2. No one's advice is too small, No one is too small to give advice also. Learn from everyone.
  3. Don't think you are too busy to take vacations. Your little rest can make a you live well again.
  4. Whenever you get a rightful tool for adjustment, even if the problem has been solved, just try to check if its still needed.(E.g the drug in the story)
