Smith Machine Press - 10x10 with progressively increasing weight (great for warming up and gradually getting into working sets)
Seated Arnold Press - 4x10
Lateral Raises - 3x10
Front Raises - 3x10
Face Pulls - 3x10
Shrugs - 4x10
