Wow! First I've heard that. Yes I have silver fillings and also a silver dental bar which has been in there for over 10 years. Thanks for this info I'm going to research some more and probably have them out.

If you do have them removed which I do recommend, you really need to make it done safely. I have had many amalgams removed myself.
Failure to have them safely removed can cause some serious complication while having them removed safely has a very low risk of complication.
I can wait to make a post about this subject. I have pages of notes about my hundreds of hours of research on the subject...

Thank you again, @teamsteem for you valuable contribution! @kaykunoichi definitely continue educating yourself. There are options if you suspect mercury poisoning, and it is possible to detox and regain your health.
Please look into nascent iodine as well, it is a super vital nutrient that everyone is supposed to be consuming anyway, plus it detoxes heavy metals.
I think I have some of that Iodine i'll give it a try
I also just remembered today that I smashed a mercury light bulb in a confined space (wardrobe) by accident a few months ago :O it's all starting to make sense!!
