Megnesium contains plenty of magnesium, such as jam, apple, banana, pulp, sugarcane, beet, broccoli, shalgam, barbati, nuts and red rice. Are they in your daily food list?
To help increase melanin, keep food, such as fruit juices (home-made), tomatoes and amand foods.
Eat Foods like Vitamin B6, B12, such as fish, greens, vegetables, papaya, dairy foods, eggs, soya or Rice Milk
Eat fresh fruit
There is no pair of 7/8 glass water daily.
Finally see what results come from. There is a need for adequate sleep in the night to get the fatigue of the day and energy needed for the future. Should be with devoted effort and perseverance. Hopefully you'll see a very good change within a month.
