I will share this website where you can compare different ORAC values in foods. This value tells us how effective a certain type of food is in protecting against oxidation coursed by free radicals.

Raw Broccoli 1510 ORAC

Boiled Broccoli 2160 ORAC

So, broccoli becomes 30% better when it is boiled, btw steem-boiling conservs most nutrition :)
