You have probably heard that certain foods can help our memory improve and will allow you think better.
But what foods are actually considered brain food? You may ask. Believe it or not, there are foods that protect your brain cells.
Yes you read it right....New brain cell! You can still generate new brain cells even when you re an adult. Regardless of how old you are, you can make new brain cell.
Cell needs nutrients to continue their growth, this means your brain needs food that will give it the building blocks it needs to work right, when you have more neurons connect within your brain, it means you have stronger memory, keep in mind that all cells needs nutrition to continue their growth.
