Many parts of the body become numb
Anxiety is very common in many parts of the body. Many times we think this is due to being sitting continuously or pressure on the nerve. But many of us do not know if the symptoms of Vitamin B 9, B6 and B12 are present in the body. Due to the lack of vitamin, there is also signs of depression, bleeding, weakness and loss of hormonal balance.
Marine fish, red rice rice, almonds, eggs, chicken meat, banana, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and green leafy vegetables are met by the lack of vitamins. So keep them in your regular diet.
