How to get to sleep more deeply to improve the state of health?

Hello, Steemians!. Today I want to tell you about the importance of getting deeper sleep in a better way.

Very few of us humans know that when we sleep deeper, our body repairs, restores and even prevents such serious diseases as cancer. Over the years I have realized that there is a very effective and simple indicator that tells us if the health of a person and their energy in general is improving or getting worse, that indicator is the quality of sleep. The body has a period where the day begins, passes through the day and ends, that is called the circadian cycle, "circadian" comes from the Latin, it means close to the length of a day.

Rapid Eyes Movement

There are 4 depths of sleep. In the 4th is the deepest dream that exists called REM, which stands for "Rapid Eyes Movement". There is a phase in the dream when it is at its deepest point which is the most restorative phase of all. When a person sleeps, if he manages to sleep 7 hours for example and 2 hours of those were in REM, the person dawns rejuvenated, full of energy and with a positive mood.

Now when a person has a parasympathetic nervous system, there has been too much stress during the day, because he can sleep up to level 2 or level 3 but never at 4. When the person spends many years without sleeping without reaching this level, at the depth of the dream, because the person is depressed, they are always intolerant, etc. When it does not reach this stage of REM which is the phase that helps detoxify, to fight bacteria, parasites, fungi, because the person never has the total benefit of the circadian cycle. To the extent that the body is having a lack of sleep because the entire nervous system will be altered.

How can you get to level 4 called REM?

Vitamin D

  • It has been discovered that the Vitamin D deficiency makes the person unable to reach REM. The best vitamin D that exists is the Sun. When the sun's rays hit the skin, that causes the skin to produce vitamin D, meaning that 10 minutes a day you take a little sun on your skin, that goes to improve.

  • Also called Niacin, has an antidepressant effect and helps the bacteria that are in the intestine naturally to extract the vitamin complex that includes vitamin B3, so basically these two vitamins are linked to any condition of insomnia, that the person can not deep sleep, that the person does not get up rested.
