I have such an addiction to sugar! I love all kinds of treats and I've been trying to limit the amount I have every day. I've been good about reducing how many treats I have, but I still have cravings for sugar all the time.

I honestly think going without, cold turkey, is the only way. It sucks for a few days, but it's so much better after that. I've done it, it's just getting there again! :)

I will probably try that soon because it does seem like the only way.
