A friend of mine introduced me to this video from back in the 80's "Buns of steels" it worked for her so i gave it a try starting this week, man my buns hurt like hell, the warm up alone had me taking breaks to to catch my breath lol(i am out of shape tho) i've been walking around like something broke between my legs since my inner thighs hurts, my bum and thighs are hollering at me to quit, can't wait to see the results looking forward to the high rise, steel building in the back and my thighs 😂
