Beverages: good and bad

WE MUST drink plenty of liquids to keep the balance of water in our system.
The human body contains 65 to 70% water. About 3.5 liters of water is eliminated every 24 hours through the pores of the skin, the kidneys and the other excretory organs. In order to maintain a healthy balance, this loss must be recovered.
About 3.5 liters of water in the body gets into the bloodstream and circulates under pressure through the pumping action of the heart. Through this pressure, water in the blood penetrates through the tiny capillaries and impregnates the space between the cells and the tissues of the body, swirling into the water every cell in the system. This blood in the blood is called lymph. This is the lymphatic circulation system. The lymph circulates throughout the body through its channels. These channels are called the lymphatic system.
The lymphatic system begins where tissue fluids are collected at the end of each blood vessel through the lymphatic capillary network. The lymphatic vessels carry the lymph through the jugular vein to the heart to be circulated. Here it flows from the right side of the chest, from the right hand and the right side of the head. The rest of the body spills the lymph in the chest duct, in the upper chest.

Beware of soft drinks

One of the functions of lymph is to collect toxic substances in the blood and other parts of the body.
Everything you put in your mouth to eat or drink first passes into the blood, then lymph extract the toxins. Later, the lymph collects toxic material and bacteria present in other parts of the system to prevent them from entering the bloodstream.
When the lymphatic system has reached its tolerance limit for toxic and harmful materials, the lymph nodes swell. The final products of this swelling can be tumors, cancer, elephantiasis, Hodgkin's disease, leukemia and other diseases where this swelling is a determining factor.

Beer destroys the kidneys

Beer contributes to kidney degeneration. Alcohol is the only substance that penetrates the bloodstream and the human system through the walls of the stomach without going through the processes of digestion.

Milk produces excess mucus

Milk was not meant by Nature to be a drink. It is the baby's food and is only fit to be used for what it was acquired.
However, cow's milk is the food that forms the most mucus of all human diet.

There are thousands of plants available to humans. These are both useful and constructive, and their value is invaluable. It should not be boiled. Plants should be placed in warm water at temperatures not above 50 degrees Celsius to obtain the best benefits from them.
