I agree. In the 80's and 90's, when all fats were considered bad fats, coconut oil really fell out of favor, along with butter. Then late 90's/early 2000's it seemed like it became more of saturated fats/unsatured/polyfats.
So there are good fats like avocado, coconut and olive oils, and animal fat isn't as bad as once believed. Now coconut oil is bad again?!?
