My Skin
Dry Body Brushing

  • Increased circulation
  • Removes dead skin
  • Activates Lymphatic system

Face Mask
- One that I like:
- Mix Bentonite Clay and Apple Cider Vinegar (paste consistency) in a glass bowl; apply for 5-10 minutes
- Pulls out toxins
- Softer Skin & Tighter Pores

My Body
Exercise Every Other Day

    • Weighted Glute Raises (25 lb. plate) - 12 reps, 4 sets
    • Calf Raises - 12 reps, 4 sets
    • Lunges with a Twist (15-30lb. ball) 25 for each side
    • Cool Down on Treadmill (5 minutes)

Massage/Yoga

  • Dedicating 10-30 minutes to relaxing my muscles
    • Aids elimination of toxins
    • Increases Mind/Body connection
    • A good way to balance an exercise plan

Epsom Salt Foot Baths

  • Increases magnesium levels in the body
  • Relieves muscle soreness
  • Draws out toxins

Cold Showers

  • Increase mental clarity
  • Closing pores leads to clearer skin
  • Shinier hair

My Mind
Meditation

  • 10-25 minutes every day
    • Increased self-awareness
    • Increased connection with my body

This plan was created in alignment with my body and experience - Therefore, it is not ideal for everyone.

I know the guidelines are vague -- our bodies are of the highest intelligence and will provide clarity on certain parts of this detox if we choose to listen, i.e. how often to have a foot bath, etc. :)
