Drawbacks
- There are less options for the source of protein and calcium in vegetarian diet which are easily available in non vegetarian food.

Non-vegetarian food
Food of animal origin like fish, meat, eggs are included in non vegetarian diet.

These foods are rich in protein, Vitamin B complex and Omega fatty acids thus very healthy for body.
