Anyway, thanks for your post. It's good that we've began to talk about it. I remember when depression was thought to be a spiritual affair and all.

Hahaha, depression has never been spiritual, ignorance made many see it that way and that ignorance had sent many to their early graves.
It's a good thing awareness is been created so we are well protected.
