RE: Understanding Calories for Weight Loss

in #health7 years ago

As in, you need someone to stand next to you at every meal and restrain you if you start to eat too much? :p

How do you stop eating normally? You just stop when you've eaten enough, right? It's about helping your body realise when you've had 'enough' but not too much.

Sort:

Yes I stop when I eat enough. Maybe the reason is I eat so fastly and I don't know if I'm satisfied

Good observation. Do you think slowing down your eating would help?

I think so. Have you got any idea?

I find slowing down your eating does help a lot. Making a practical change can be helpful to this. For example you could try:

  1. Chewing your food more (makes it slower to eat).
  2. Putting your cutlery down after every bite.
  3. Making food that's slower to eat.
  4. Setting a timer on your phone for twenty minutes and making sure you don't finish your plate before that timer is finished.

You can be sure that I will try to do your advice. Thanks a lot. Really you are the one who thinks our healthy.

Good luck sir!
