Happy to see this!! awesome!! and its true! I am a proof of that.... not that I have any heart problems or something like that. But I am vegan and sins I switch to plant base meals I was getting fitter and feeling always good & allot of energie! raw vegan is also super good but its not for everyone because its hard if you don't like eating lots of veggies and fruits!
I will always recommend everyone to go on a plant base meal (don't like the word dieet because I eat allot)
