We’ve all got SOME bad bacteria in us. Right now, the bad bacteria in your tummy is licking their lips as we speak...

Because the holidays are right around the corner... It’s always a “feeding frenzy” for Bad Bacteria during
the holiday season
as people overload their digestive system with
sugar and processed foods.

This team of “bad” bacteria gangsters includes: candida, mold, fungus and viruses. They LOVE parties, especially Halloween, Thanksgiving and Xmas.

But they HAAATE the “good guy” bacteria...................

The point was a reminder that coming into this time of year getting off track with ones health is easy. We really should do everything we can to replenish our healthy gut bacteria with high-quality probiotic source. What is "good" bacteria? We're talking about trillions of bacteria. This means that we're made up of more bacteria than our own cells! Most of them live in our gastrointestinal tract. The normal adult gut is estimated to consist of up to 100 trillion microorganisms, comprising somewhere between 500 to 3,000 species . Typically by age three your microbiome resembled an adult’s, They play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy digestive system. Despite changing in response to events like illness, disease, antibiotic treatment, fever, stress, injury, your micro biome tends to shift back to a "baseline" state. But today’s world full of toxins, stress, and medicines can really do a number on the quality and quantity of healthy gut bacteria. “fermented” foods are considered good sources of probiotics.................
