Protein Smoothie with extra Omega 3 boost!

My way to increase protein intake.
Protein smoothie or protein fluff if I add only little water.
On my low carbs days I am substituting banana for a little more berries.
If I don’t fancy flax meal I will add peanut butter instead😋😋 I love flexible eating!

This protein smoothie contains :Bananas, berries, yogurt , chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and Vanilla protein powder.
Its delicious!
