Definition Of Asthma
Asthma in the language of Greece "asthma" is the kind of long term or chronic diseases in respiratory tract characterized by inflammation and constriction of the airway causing a tightness or difficult breathing, asthma sufferers may also experience other symptoms such as chest pain, coughing and wheezing. Asthma can be suffered by all age groups, whether young or old.
Although the exact cause of asthma is not known explicitly, but there are some things that often trigger it such as cigarette smoke, dust, fur, physical activity, cold, viral infection or even exposure to chemical substances. For someone who has asthma, respiratory diseases are more sensitive than other people who do not live with this condition. When the lungs are irritated skin then the muscles of the respiratory tract asthmatics would be stiff and make the channel narrows. Otherwise it will be an increase in the production of phlegm which made breathing more difficult to do.
The Causes Of Asthma
There are two factors that cause asthma, this factor could come from within and from outside. The actual cause of the disease is not yet known for sure but there are some things that can trigger asthma such as below:
GENETIC FACTORS
One factor that most often the causes of recurrence of asthma is congenital factors or genetic factors. This innate or genetic factors revealed by previous generations such as a parent, grandparent or great-grandmothers. Someone who gets asthma because of the lineage or genetic factors are usually experiencing asthma symptoms similar to a parent or grandparent of his grandmother.
COLD AIR
This is one of the triggers of asthma. For example, the room AIR CONDITIONING is too cold, it can also trigger asthma. Driving a motor vehicle at night without wearinga jacket is also very dangerous for people with this disease.
SMOKING
Smoking contains harmful substances that can cause a variety of diseases including asthma. STRESS

Asthma Symptoms

This type of asthma is a type of asthma that is caused by an allergen (allergy-triggering substances), such as fur, certain types of food, dust, mold, pollen, and other allergens substances.

This type of asthma triggered by a disturbing substances contained in the air, but is not included as an allergen. Substances such as perfume, dust in the home, cigarette smoke, and air pollution may cause symptoms of troubled breathing for patients with this type of asthma.
Occupational Asthma
As the name suggests, this type of asthma is asthma that is associated with the job. Many asthmatics who are experiencing symptoms or asthma attack while in her place of work, is caused by environmental factors that can trigger asthma, such as air conditions, dust, cigarette smoke, or even stressful situations that often appear on sitejob.
Exercise-induced asthma (EIA)
