Hi Steemin's I want to share with you guys the tea that we used at home. It's Fresh Ginger Tea, and the health and benefits include reducing #nausea, #pain, and #inflammation. Ginger can be used to make tea. I and my Husband drinks this every day as our traditional drink in the morning, instead of drinking coffee in the morning we drink this GingerTea, (Salabat) in the Philippines. To make fresh ginger tea at home just crushed and put in the kettle add the water and let it boil. At first, we do not like the taste and the kick of spice but because my husband has gout we continue to drink it now we love the calm and relaxing feeling.
