Yes, I'm actually around two weeks into doing Keto with Intermittent Fasting almost every day. Currently in a fasted state, roughly 13 hours since I last ate. I probably won't eat for another 3 or 4 hours. I was already doing 3 meals per day with no snacking for at least the past few years, so switching to two meals per day with no snacking wasn't a huge leap. I'm enjoying the Keto diet. I'm eating a lot of full fat meats with massive salads. How about yourself? Have you ever tried it?
