I used to eat for taste. Now I eat for health.

'let food be thy medicine and medicine by thy food'

Food has a massive impact on the way you interact with the world and your surroundings. I believe that the more healthy you are the more opportunity for wealth will manifest around you. Wealth doesn't have to be classed as financial, but classes as experience and what ever your definition of successful is.

You are what you eat. If you eat superfoods, you will become super. If you eat junk food, you will become junk. I believe that diet and diet alone is the cue to all degenerative disease such as caner, heart disease, dementia etc.....

In another blog i will explain why i have these beliefs! but for now hers my diet plan...

Wake up 630am

High Grain Oats
Hot Tumeric Tea
Spirilina (Probiotic)
Coconut oil
Coconut Milk
Teaspoon Manuka Honey
Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Pints water i.e. high mineral

12- 1pm

3-4 Eggs | 20gs Protein
Big Bed Salad/olives
Chia Seeds/Flax Seeds
Tiger Nut
Handful Almonds/ Seeds
Saurkraut (Probiotic)
2 pints water

4-5pm

Natto
Berrys/blueberrys, Rasberry, Goji berry
Avacado
Coconut Oil
Handful Almonds/Seeds i.e. Pumpkin
Organic Greek Yoghurt (Probiotic)
Saurkraut (Probiotic)
2 pints water

6-7pm

WEIGHT TRAINING

9-10pm

Tempeh/Protein Source | 40gs Protein
or
Fish/Salmon, Sardines, Mackerel etc... | 40gs Protein
Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Asparagus
Protein Shake
Coconut Meat/oil
Kefir
Macca Root
2 pints water

Cucumber and Parsley lemon Drink with Aloe Vera
(Optional)

Sleep 8hours or More.

Eating Less, Exercising Long = Myth
Eat healthy, Exercising hard = Longevity

This plan can vary from week to week and is evolving and changing as my knowledge of food increases! Please comment your ideas on this diet and ask questions about why I'm eating curtain things are curtain times! Would be cool to hear from you. Respect steem legends and peace out from greenerz!

Nice meal plan @greenerz, would leave you feeling full of energy. It's funny how you don't get sick (almost at all) when you are on top of your bodies nutritional needs.

i know, i used to get chronic bronchitis 3 times a year! since i started eating well its completely gone. haven't had a problem for maybe 10years. The doctor even said that i would probably have problems for the rest of my life. He defo didn't subscribe me food! FOOD IS MEDICINE!

Only important is to skip sugar and rest you can eat what you want, results will come, trust me :)
