If we will practice this yoga regularly , from our body Arthritis will remove forever . It removes girls problem . It removes hand arthritis ,leg arthritis ,. This yoga removes us our constipation. . if we can practice this yoga perfectly , we can walk long way. It can increase physical fitness . It increases physical work strength. It can comfortable our backbone . It removes our bone pain. It helps to keep strength spouse and nerves . It helps to run our blood run . It removes us extra fat from our body . In a word it keeps our healthy. If your lungs is weak , you will not this yoga .
