Ways to practice ..
Keeping our eyes fixed, our hands should be normal with the thighs equally. We have to make our ankles evenly. One of the big toes of our toes must be left blank. Then we have to raise the left hand upwards and place the elbow province near the head. When the head is close to the head, the hands raised above the head should be bent along the right shoulder. The legs can not be moved. Our hammer can never be broken. The right hands will bend down and lower our thighs. We will try to lower the head as far as we can. Again, I will raise my head upright and stand straight.
On the contrary, we will try again. Instead of the left hand, I will raise the right hand again. With the head of the elbow on the right hand, I will lower the head with the left hand again. This time, the hammer cannot be broken. However, the hands should be very similar when raising the hand. There will be no folding of the elbow. The fingers should be touched by both hands. If the first legs are difficult to touch, the hands should bend as far as possible. The hand will rise up when the breath is pulled and the breath will be released when the hand is pulled. This yoga is of great benefit if you breathe slowly.
