Tonight i went a little overboard, work-out wise that is...
I’m getting really close to where i want to be, how strong i want to be and how i want my body to be. So that’s really watching what i eat and working out 4 or 5 times a week... it requires a lot of time and effort, i know, but it’s worth it to me, it makes me feel happy doing it.
Tonight i didn’t have to take my kids with me to the gym (normally on wednesdays and some thursdays i have to bring them along so i usually just take one class), so i decided to do 2 classes at once.
Well that was some heavy ****

The first was an hour of BRN (or burn, which is cardio combined with dance and small weights) and second an hour of Les Mils Body Pump...
I can hardly hold my phone now...
I was already a bit tired today so that’s probably why it felt extra hard!
I quickly made me this bowl of yoghurt, fresh granola, cococrunches and berries to give me some energy...
Time for me to literally jump into my bed 😴😴
