RE: Water, The Essence Of Life: How Much Water do We Actually Need To Drink And Why Is It So Important?! 💧

in #health8 years ago

Good article and an important area that a lot of people neglect, drinking enough water. Of course it's important that the quality of water is considered. Tap water often contains Sodium Fluoride and other toxins and heavy metals and run off from agriculture such as hormones and human and animal waste. Bottled water is often worse and leeches BPA's into the water, a known endocrine disruptor. Getting a good Gravity filtered system such as the Berkey with the black filters and reverse osmosis or drinking Distilled water is far more beneficial. You can add trace minerals to filtered or distilled water but it's not that important, 99.9% of what we need comes from our food.
