Most people have no idea what their bodies are telling them or what they should be doing when it comes to eating and drinking in a healthy way. As a Community Health Education Specialist I host a community initiative to give free education on health, fitness, nutrition, & recreation to low income communities. These slides are part of that program I developed to educate others in how to develop healthy habits.

Good presentation and good common sense advice. But I can see some wiseguy following the meal size should fit into the palm of the hand advice... but since you didn't specify how HIGH, they pile up the food 6" or so!

There's a new book coming out this month What to Eat When by Michael Roizen. I have it ordered from the library. There was a review or preview of it in the Smithsonian this month.
