Ingredients
Grated ginger
Cucumber
Lemon/lime
Mint leaves
Water.
preparations
Grate the ginger, put the sliced cucumber, lime, and mint leaves into the water
Leave till the next day and drink whenever you are thirsty for a fast result or morning on empty stomach, and night before you go to bed.
Note, don't eat swallows at night
Don't eat food after 6pm

Hmmmm, nice post. But I beg to differ on some points. You can eat swallow at night, all you need is portion control. Then dinner should be 3 to 4hrs before going to bed.
