RE: Water Kefir Tutorial

in #health7 years ago

thank you, a very useful science friend. I also want to add a little,
from a million benefits provided there are also side effects that we can not ignore from this drink.because it contains yeast and live bacteria, the milk kefir may not be safe consumed by people with AIDS or someone who is experiencing weakening of the immune system. For those who want to start getting used to drinking milk kefir, please note that in the early days of consuming it can experience constipation and cramps in the stomach. Eating kefir milk along with drugs whose side effects weaken the immune system risks exacerbating the pain because it makes the body more susceptible to fungus from yeast and bacteria from milk itself. Drugs in question include tacrolimus, azathioprine, basiliximab, and cyclosporine.

Thanks for the contribution @emilnashar it's true that you need to know possible side effects. I haven't tried milk kefir before, I've just experimented with water kefir and can just advice that to you can start drinking maybe a few sips in the morning and in a few days you will be able to drink half a glass. That's just to avoid upsetting your stomach.
