Although this was an observational study the results were very important, they showed that a diet where foods from green plants, fruits, whole grains and fish are used and where processed meats, saturated fats, trans fats, refined carbohydrates and sugar-rich foods are restricted, managed to prevent the development of heart failure. I congratulate you for this post, because as I always say "prevention is the key"
