Am on a candida diet now and and have been for a couple months, treating it with oregano oil gel caps, didn't have too many dieoff effects.

    Great, how is your condition now? What changes and improvements are you witnessing?
    Oregano is a go-to anti-fungal. Have you been taking that for months too, @ebroncy?
