TIP #2- Get Up Early!!
Do you ever find that you don't have sufficient time in the day to get everything done? Many of us do, but we also do not want to cut our precious sleeping time just to have more a few hours to do things. Well, many of you are not going to like me saying this but...GET OVER IT!! I know it can be hard to get up early in the morning but it is necessary if you want to make the most out of every day!
It can be very difficult to change sleeping habits, but it can be very beneficial. Just think of how much more you can accomplish each day if you had an extra two hours! I just my extra few hours writing Steemit articles ;) You can even combine this tip with tip #1. Use the extra time you have each day to exercise and I guarantee you will feel healthier after just one week! It may be difficult, but I think you're up for the challenge.
