yeah you are 100% correct. my advise to your brother is , he must walk daily,, according to my advise.
15 mints, normal walk, not fast , not slow
15 mints,, fast walk,,
then 15 mints running, .. listen running time, it is not possible to run 15 mints in one step, , just complete 15 mints,, in 7 step,,, or five,, first step he will run for five mints, ,, then after taking rest 2 mints , or 5 five, then will take 5 mints running,, , but 15 mints must,,,

45 mints, morning,,,, 45 mints in evening,,,,,, then eat less,, not fulll stomach,, i will upload one best forumula for high cholestrol,, soon awesome one
