Dear all Hope you all will be happy and glad, and having nice healthy life. as Doctor after my post , i was thinking what kind of post here, should i post, . there was alot of idea in my mind, i should upload my photos, my friends, stories, my family discussion, but sunddenly i got this point in my mind that i am doctor, and why not i upload here post about diseases.
so today my second post is about one common disease, blood cholestrol, blood cholestrol is silent killer of life. we have no idea, how blood cholestrol bring our life to red light,, it is silent killer, but we can control it, my many patients ask to me, that how can we control blood cholestrol, with out medicine. but here question is why our blood cholestrol rise, increase in our blood.
here my answer is simple, that if we use computer very much,, it is 1001% chances ,that using computer also can increase your blood cholestrol, yes it is true. so only eating fat, oily things not increase blood cholestrol,, here every things is factor of increasing blood cholestrol,,
but we are not ready to admit this truth,, but we should admit it. there are many people , who do not eat , meet, oil things, food, fast food, they are thin, they have weak thin body,, not eat much, but still they have blood cholestrol, what is the reason of increasing blood cholestrol it is big question ?
but dear my steemit i always advise to my freinds and patient that you can get healthy life, fit life, if you have patients of blood cholestrol,, please note my advise here, you can get rid of from blood cholestrol,, if you will listen to me care fully, and will act upon on my advise here,

Unfortunately we agree on this point all medical doctors are told by the medical institutions that ALL total cholesterol levels higher than 200 is high. ... Not only is a total cholesterol level of 250 or 280 not necessarily high, total cholesterol by itself tells you nothing about your risk of heart disease. if you have this chart attach with you then my following short line are for you you can reduce your blood cholestrol without medicine.

you will eat garlic, ginger as salad in your food, daily two garlic seed .fresh garlic is best in food as salad

Yes, nice to see you recommending alternatives. We see many US doctors getting convinced by the pharmacomafia to over-prescribe Statins.
Although they do lower cholesterol, there are far safer alternatives. Statins MAY help only 1% of people! They CAUSE memory loss, muscle pain and weakness including weaker heart muscle, peripheral nerve damage and damage to many other organs including the brain.

Both mine and my brother used to have very high cholesterol... High 300's.
I did not want to take statins after doing research on all the bad side effects.
I instead chose some healthy supplements recommended by Dr. Norm Shealy at selfhealthsystems. Included Policosinol, Beta-Sitosterol, L-Arginine, and L-Taurine.
In about a month or so, my cholesterol was down more than 150 points back to healthy levels. Same for my brother and others that have tried it. There are some other things they also recommend on his site that have been proven for many folks.
