Simply consume fewer calories than your body is spending in the 24 hour period. Hygiene is important no matter if you are on a diet or not, but having a cold shower in the morning is a great tip. A Good short article overall but I must ask if you could elaborate on "no phones or computers 2 hours before bed"? How is that affecting the weight loss process? For me, it's impossible to fall asleep unless I am reading something on my phone, and doing so just allows me to fall asleep faster.

Thanks for the tip. Working on trying to find that balance of length when posting. There's so much information sometimes its hard to try and simplify things. My blogging skills will improve over time.

Interesting, thanks! I know my brother told me to use the blue light filter on my Samsung s7 before sleep, and now I see exactly why. Recommending everyone to get a device with that filter now!
